Printing Every Second Try Trying To Make Garment Tags On Microsoft Publisher?

Trying to make garment tags on Microsoft Publisher? - printing every second try

I use a label format and are all as you want designed. My question is, how can I make the second page, on the back of the front page instead of only 2 pages of labels?
I know my printer can print 2-sided documents, but when I try to print only the second page, before you print the page first. I'm sure I just need to adjust the document and the second page is on the back of the front page, but you do not know how. Can anyone help?
