My daughter just 14 months and it was a small house for TYKES for his 1st Birthday. She loves it! It has opened an open door and 3 windows. Inside is a small sink and a fireplace, it can be opened to crawl around outside. It really cries when I say it is time to prepare, which is also worth the money. We also have a folding table Kiddies picnic and turtle sandbox and he also loves. We would not sand in the sandbox, but we have sand toys inside. We live in Florida for our yard is a large litter box, lol!
